Quotes are valid for the period stated. A deposit may be required to secure booking. Final payment is due on delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations made before carrier dispatch are typically refundable minus a small processing fee. Cancellations after dispatch may incur charges.
Every carrier maintains active cargo insurance. Rachellaro Co. is not liable for damage beyond the carrier's insured limits or for consequential damages.
Customers must accurately describe the vehicle, provide safe access for pickup and delivery, and inspect the vehicle at both endpoints.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
